【摘要】:IEC/TR62125,whichisatechnicalreport,isintendedtogiveassistancetostandard-writersofIECTechnicalCommittee20,totakeintoaccounttherelevantenvironmentalaspectsasfarastheyarespecifictoelectriccablesinnormaluse.Italsoassiststhemtokeepinmindaclearmethodologywhenconsideringtheseaspectsandwhencheckingpossibleinteractionofthenormativerequirementswiththeenvironment.Also,theseguidelinesassiststandardwriterstoavoidtoosimpleortoostringentrequirementsthatmightnotachieveafavourableglobalresult.Thistechnicalreport,byitsverynature,isnotprescriptiveanddoesnotlimitinnovation.NOTE1Theterm‘environment’,asusedinthisreport,differsfromthetermasusedinthoseIECstandardsdealingwiththeimpactofenvironmentalconditionsonelectrotechnicalproducts(see3.1).NOTE2Asregardstheimpactofenvironmentalconditionsontheperformanceofproducts,referenceismadetoIEC60068,IEC60721andIECGuide106.
