【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestothedesign,manufactureandsomeinstallationaspectsofanRTPS-foruseinRADIOTHERAPYTREATMENTPLANNINGinhumanmedicalpractice;-thatimportsdataeitherthroughinputbytheOPERATORordirectfromotherdevices;-thatoutputsdataeitherinprintedformforreviewordirecttootherdevices;-andwhichisintendedtobe·forNORMALUSE,undertheauthorityofappropriatelylicensedorQUALIFIEDPERSONS,byOPERATORShavingtherequiredskillsandtraining;·maintainedinaccordancewiththerecommendationsgivenintheINSTRUCTIONSFORUSE,and·usedwithintheenvironmentalandelectricalsupplyconditionsSPECIFIEDinthetechnicaldescription.AnRTPSdevelopedbyaUSERforitsownuseexclusivelyisnotwithinthescopeofthisstandard,butitishighlyrecommendedthattheprinciplesofthisstandardbeappliedinitscreationanduse.IfsuchanRTPSisprovidedtoanotherUSERinwhichthedevelopersdonotdirectlycontrolitsuse,andisrepresentedasbeingsuitableforuse,thenthedevelopersassumetheroleofMANUFACTURER,andthisstandardapplies.AnRTPSisprincipallyasoftwareapplication,andtheobjectofthisstandardistoestablishtherequirementsforfeatures,associateddocumentation,andtestingofthesoftware.RequirementsforSAFETYofhardwarearenotincludedinthisstandard,astheyvarywiththenatureofthehardware.See3.1andannexAforhardwarerequirements.
