【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsforthedesign,materials,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonmentofpipelinesystemsusedfortransportationinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Itappliestopipelinesystemsonlandandoffshore,connectingwells,productionplants,processplants,refineriesandstoragefacilities,includinganysectionofapipelineconstructedwithintheboundariesofsuchfacilitiesforthepurposeofitsconnection.TheextentofpipelinesystemscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardisillustratedinFigure1.On-landsupplysystemsusedbythegassupplyindustryareexcludedfromthescopeofthisStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestorigidmetallicpipelines.Itisnotapplicableforflexiblepipelinesorthoseconstructedfromothermaterialssuchasglass-reinforcedplastics.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoallnewpipelinesystemsandmaybeappliedtomodificationsmadetoexistingones.Itisnotintendedthatitshouldapplyretroactivelytoexistingpipelinesystems.Itdescribesthefunctionalrequirementsofpipelinesystemsandprovidesabasisfortheirsafedesign,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytopipelinesystemsforthetransportationofoxygen.
