【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesameansofpreparingresinsolutionsbythex201C;coldcutx201D;method,modelinghigh-shearproductiondispersiontechniques.1.1Thesepracticesdescribelaboratoryproceduresforpreparingasolventorwaterbasedinkresinsolutioninlowboilingsolventoralkalinewaterusingtwotypesoflabequipment;(1)anindustrialblender(Sections3-7),andnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;(2)alaboratoryrollermill(Sections8-12).Note18212;ASTMSubcommitteeD01.37recommendsusingtheindustrialblenderwherepossible.1.2Thesepracticesuselaboratoryequipmentgenerallyavailableinanormal,well-equippedlaboratory.1.3Theseproceduresareforusewithinkresinsintendedmainlyforliquid(forexample,flexographicandrotogravure)inks.Thetypeofresinsistypically,butnotlimitedto,acrylicandstyrene/acryliccopolymers,polyamides,polyesters,polyvinylbutyral,andmaleated/fumaratedrosinesters.1.4Thetypicallowboilingsolventstobeusedincludeethanol,isopropanol,n-propanol,ethylacetate,isopropylacetate,andn-propylacetate.Forwaterbasedinkresinsolutions,waterisusedincombinationwithammoniumhydroxideoraminessuchasdimethylethanolamine,monoethanolamine,andtriethylamine.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
